General Usage

When ordering a service from us we require you to be at least 18 years of age. If you're under the age of 18, you hereby confirm that you have consent from a parent or guardian allowing you to sign up with us.

Our services can be used for anything that is legal under United Kingdom and Israel law. We do not allow our services to be used for the following:
  • Carrying out DDoS or Amplification attacks (BruteForce is included)
  • Spoofing IPs
  • Port scanning (includes zmap)
  • Sending spam emails or distributing malware
  • Being a peer for torrenting
  • Hosting or facilitating of phishing websites
  • The use of cracked or un-licensed software
  • Advertising of children's personal information
  • Websites, codes or software that steal information and money from people
  • Porn
  • Creating virtual GRE tunnels to other data center services. (excludes VPN's for home connections)

If any of your services are found to be breaking the above terms, they will be terminated.


Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee if your services are to be found at fault, this could be because of the following reasons:
  • Network outage lasting more than 3 hours
  • Power outage lasting more than 6 hours
  • Hardware replacement taking longer than 48 hours

If you are outside of the 14-day guarantee, then you can be refunded pro-rate ( (Total Paid for Effected Service / Days in the term) * Days left on billing period ), however if any of your services have broken the rules laid out in our usage terms, then you do not qualify for a refund at any point during your billing period.


Data Loss & Protection

ProgInter will not be held responsible for the backing up and integrity of customers data. In the case that data loss may occur, you will be held responsible for your own data and a refund cannot be offered if outside the 14-day distance-selling policy. When a hard drive or SSD fails, we will replace the failed hardware within 24 hours.

If you have outstanding bills for your services, then this can lead to data loss through server reinstallation after 5 days of being overdue.


Age Requirement

You must be over the age of 18 to signup to any of our services or place an order. When you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years.


Cancellations

If you do not wish to renew your service with us then you must confirm a cancellation either via the ProgInter Clients system.


Billing & Cancellations

Any services that have outstanding bills for 5 days will be automatically reinstalled at midnight (5 Days after the due date), this willl lead to total data loss on your server. If there are special circumstances regarding the payment, then the 5 days can be extended.

All cancellation requests must be made via the ProgInter Clients system and not via email or ticket. Cancellations will automatically cancel all outstanding invoices for the service and will be removed from your account at the end of its billing period. Cancellations can be revoked at anytime.


Sales Pricing

If at any point list prices are reduced due to a sale or high stock levels, your existing services pricing cannot be lowered or ammended to the sale pricing. You may also not order a server in a sale/lower pricing to replace existing servers of the same or similar specification (You may order sale/lower pricing servers as additional services, as long as you do not cancel any within 45 days).

We reserve the right to terminate/suspend or charge your account extra in the event that you have tried to do any of the former points.
