Frequently Asked Questions
How do I join the affiliate program?
Create a free Proginter account, navigate to the Affiliate section in your control panel, and activate the program. No server purchase required.
Do I need to buy a server to become an affiliate?
No. Just create a free Proginter account and activate the affiliate program from your panel.
When do I get paid?
The $50 bonus and 15% commission are created at the referral's first server payment, and confirmed after their second payment, about a month later. If their first month is free, that first payment falls about 30 days after they sign up. Cash-outs by PayPal or bank transfer start at $100, while payment into your credits has no minimum and lands instantly.
How does tracking work?
We use a 90-day cookie and unique referral links. You can track all clicks, conversions, and earnings in real-time from your panel.
What payment methods are available?
PayPal (sent automatically once your invoice is approved), bank transfer (sent by our team), or payment into your Proginter credits, applied instantly. For PayPal and bank transfer you pick your payout currency, and earnings are converted at the live market rate.
What do I need to cash out?
Cashing out by PayPal or bank transfer requires a registered business: you fill in your business name and business ID once, then upload a tax invoice with each cash-out. The invoice is checked automatically, and once it's approved a PayPal payout is sent on its own. Israeli affiliates get 18% VAT added on top, with the invoice covering the full amount. A VAT-exempt business (osek patur or zair) marks that in the settings: no VAT is added, and you upload a receipt instead of a tax invoice. Payment into your credits skips all of this and lands instantly, with no invoice and no minimum.
Is there a limit on earnings?
No. There is no cap on the number of referrals or the amount you can earn.
What marketing tools do I get?
Your dashboard includes a Banner Generator for creating promotional images and a Content Generator for email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles, and ad copy. Both support multiple languages and include ready-made templates.
Can I customize my referral link?
Yes. You can set a custom slug for your referral URL to make it memorable and match your brand.
